LACROSSE CLINICS

Lacrosse is an explosively growing sport in The Netherlands and the whole of Europe. With 3 promotional clinics in Tilburg we topped the 100 participants!

With our promotional actions we reach several thousands of students, clubs, media, regional and (hopefully) national organizations.

FUN FOR EVERYONE!

For everyone interested in lacrosse and some action. We organize clinics for sport clubs, student clubs, companies, but also for groups of friends who just want to have a good time out on the sport fields. Through these clinics we want to introduce Tilburg Lacrosse and our exciting sport in the southern region of The Netherlands.

During the clinics we will start up with the basics and then move forward towards a nice game between friends, partners, colleagues or students.

TEAMBUILDING

Lacrosse is great for teambuilding! Communication, teamwork and cooperation between players are the main elements needed for a good game of lacrosse.

The second main reason for people to participate in one of our Lacrosse clinics is just the fun of sports and action. Being out on the field, the sun on your face and playing a completely new game is always exciting!

Clinic Info

A clinic should be all about introducing the sport lacrosse and of course about having fun on the sports fields.

The Tilburg Titans therefor have developed a clinic schedule which combines learning the lacrosse basics such as catching, throwing, scooping and cradling with gameplay and fun exercises.

We will start up our clinics with a short introduction of the sport and than we quickly get started with the basics. After learning and trying the basics we will let you use all the basics in more gameplay related drills.

A possible Titans Lacrosse clinic program:

* Intoduction to Lacrosse

* Basics: throwning & Catching

* Basics: Scooping & Cradling

* Game: 1 vs. 1 Blind ball Scoop

* Basics: Shooting at goal

* Basics: Defending an attacker

* Game: 4 vs. 4 or 5 vs. 5 Lacrosse

* End drill

* Evaluation of the clinic
